The title of this post is just a sort-of tribute to Sparta.
As you guys might remember, Sparta's Porcelain is in my Best Album of 2004 list.
Paul Hinojos is leaving the band and will be joining The Mars Volta.
He will be doing his part as "off-stage sound manipulator."
Whatever that is.
From one of the most inventive guitarist of modern times to sound manipulator?
